How the FairChoices framework is applied in practice.

Zanzibar

UHC Zanzibar is led by Omar Mwalim and Kjell Arne Johansson. The 5-year project started in 2019 and aims at providing decision support to the Ministry of Health (MoH) to help define and implement an essential health service package (EHCP) for Zanzibar.

Tanzania

To support Tanzania to update the National Essential Health Care and Intervention Package (NEHCIP-Tz) using standardized methods for priority-setting and evaluation.

Nepal

Priority Setting for universal health coverage (UHC) in Nepal is led by Krishna Aryal, Senior Researcher at BCEPS. The project is part of the multi-country NORAD funded priority setting project.

Ghana

Priority setting in the context of NCD benefit packages refers to the process of determining which health services should be included in the benefit package for individuals with NCDs.

India

The FairChoices-India project aims to develop a comprehensive framework for conducting rapid Health Technology Assessment (HTA) to inform health policy decision making in India, ensuring health maximisation while promoting health equity.
